About Healing Soles Ltd
Founded by Veronique Michaud on December 22, 2010 in Ponoka County, near Crestomere, Alberta.  Our goal and devotion is to assist individuals and groups to overcome barriers, to enhance communication and influence positive changes.
In everything we do, we must develop positive relationships, we must have a relationship that is based on trust and respect...the basis of trust and respect is our character.
Veronique moved to Alberta in 2001 to pursue her dream to have a life filled with horses.  She studied at Olds College in Equine studies and Agriculture; she also studied Equine massage therapy and Equine Biomechanics.  After her studies she worked a few years to get experience under her belt; she worked with thoroughbred racing, she did western coaching, horse training, she worked at different types of barns; but could never find the missing piece. That day finally came when she found employment at a youth ranch for high risk teenage girls. Her life had a brand new meaning with new goals and dreams!  Veronique went back to school to study psychology, human relations and sociology. She got her complete certification as an EAL facilitator in August 2011 through Higher Trails. In 2011, she also took her certification in Equine Basic Emergency First Aid with Equi-Health Canada/USA.  Early Spring 2015, Veronique added to her first certification and became an advanced/remote locations equine first aid Instructor.
Veronique keeps on working towards her advanced certification with EAGALA; an international organization, which is recognized in over 49 countries.
Veronique is offering her services and horses to be contracted by mental health professionals under the EAGALA model.
